Who we are
Savroc Ltd (Savroc Oy, Business ID 2496258-9) is a Finnish company that develops TripleHard®, a nickel and trivalent chromium coating technology. Our address is Varikkokatu 2, 70620 Kuopio, Finland. What we collect and why
Contact form. When you send the form, we receive your name, company, work email, the topic and your message. They are sent by email to the Savroc staff who handle enquiries, so that we can answer you. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries, or steps before a contract that you ask for.
Ask Savroc, the site assistant. The assistant answers questions from the content of this website. Your questions and its answers are processed by Anthropic, PBC (United States), which provides the language model, and are stored on our server together with the page you asked from, the language, and a one-way hash of your IP address that is used only to limit misuse. We use the conversations to improve the website and the assistant’s answers. You do not need to give your name to use the assistant, so please leave personal details out of your questions. If you choose “Send this conversation to Jussi”, we also store the name, company and email address you give, and the conversation is emailed to our CEO so that he can reply. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering questions about our products; for the hand-off, your request.
Statistics. If you accept statistics cookies, Google Analytics 4 (via Google Site Kit) collects information such as the pages viewed, the browser and the referring site. Google Analytics is not loaded until you accept. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time from the cookie settings.
Technical data. Our hosting provider’s web server records technical log data (such as IP address, time and requested page) to keep the site running and secure. Security plugins on the site record login attempts and changes made by logged-in users, including the IP address, to protect the site against misuse. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure.

The site assistant keeps your conversation in your browser’s session storage while the tab is open; it is not a cookie and it is cleared when you close the tab. More detail: Cookie Policy.
Who we share your data with
- Anthropic, PBC (United States) processes the assistant’s conversations on our behalf. Anthropic keeps the conversations for up to 30 days, during which it may review them for safety and security, and then deletes them; it does not use data sent through its commercial API to train its models. Transfers to the United States are covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses in Anthropic’s data processing terms.
- Google (Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC) processes statistics data, only if you have accepted statistics cookies.
- Hurja Solutions Oy (Finland) hosts and maintains the website.
We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Contact form messages are kept as long as handling the matter requires, at most 24 months. Assistant conversations are deleted automatically after 12 months. If a matter leads to a customer relationship, contract-related data is kept for the period required by Finnish law (currently 6 years). Statistics data is kept by Google for the period set in Google Analytics.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable form. You can withdraw your cookie consent at any time from the cookie settings on any page. Email jussi.raisa@savroc.com; we answer within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Ombudsman of Finland (tietosuoja.fi).

Mitä tietoja keräämme ja miksi
Yhteydenottolomake. Kun lähetät lomakkeen, saamme nimesi, yrityksesi, työsähköpostisi, aiheen ja viestisi. Ne lähetetään sähköpostilla Savrocin henkilöille, jotka vastaavat yhteydenottoihin, jotta voimme vastata. Käsittelyperuste: oikeutettu etumme vastata yhteydenottoihin tai pyynnöstäsi tehtävät toimet ennen sopimusta.
Ask Savroc -avustaja. Avustaja vastaa kysymyksiin tämän sivuston sisällön perusteella. Kysymyksesi ja avustajan vastaukset käsittelee kielimallin tarjoaja Anthropic, PBC (Yhdysvallat). Ne tallennetaan palvelimellemme yhdessä sen sivun, jolta kysyit, kielen ja IP-osoitteesi yksisuuntaisen tiivisteen kanssa. Tiivistettä käytetään vain väärinkäytön rajoittamiseen. Käytämme keskusteluja sivuston ja avustajan vastausten parantamiseen. Avustajaa voi käyttää kertomatta nimeään, joten jätä henkilötiedot pois kysymyksistä. Jos valitset “Lähetä keskustelu Jussille”, tallennamme lisäksi antamasi nimen, yrityksen ja sähköpostiosoitteen, ja keskustelu lähetetään toimitusjohtajallemme sähköpostilla vastausta varten. Käsittelyperuste: oikeutettu etumme vastata tuotteitamme koskeviin kysymyksiin; keskustelun lähettämisessä oma pyyntösi.
Tilastot. Jos hyväksyt tilastoevästeet, Google Analytics 4 (Google Site Kitin kautta) kerää tietoja esimerkiksi katsotuista sivuista, selaimesta ja sivustosta, jolta tulit. Google Analytics ladataan vasta, kun olet antanut suostumuksen. Käsittelyperuste: suostumuksesi, jonka voit perua milloin tahansa evästeasetuksista.
Tekniset tiedot. Palveluntarjoajamme palvelin tallentaa teknisiä lokitietoja (kuten IP-osoite, aika ja pyydetty sivu) sivuston toiminnan ja tietoturvan vuoksi. Sivuston tietoturvalisäosat kirjaavat kirjautumisyritykset ja kirjautuneiden käyttäjien tekemät muutokset IP-osoitteineen väärinkäytön estämiseksi. Käsittelyperuste: oikeutettu etumme pitää sivusto turvallisena.

Kenelle tietoja luovutetaan
- Anthropic, PBC (Yhdysvallat) käsittelee avustajan keskustelut puolestamme. Anthropic säilyttää keskustelut enintään 30 päivää, jona aikana se voi tarkastella niitä turvallisuus- ja tietoturvasyistä, ja poistaa ne sen jälkeen. Se ei käytä kaupallisen rajapintansa kautta lähetettyjä tietoja mallien kouluttamiseen. Siirrot Yhdysvaltoihin perustuvat Anthropicin tietojenkäsittelyehtoihin sisältyviin EU:n vakiosopimuslausekkeisiin.
- Google (Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC) käsittelee tilastotietoja vain, jos olet hyväksynyt tilastoevästeet.
- Hurja Solutions Oy ylläpitää sivustoa ja sen palvelinta.
Emme myy henkilötietoja emmekä käytä niitä mainontaan.
Säilytysaika
Lomakeviestit säilytetään niin kauan kuin asian hoitaminen vaatii, enintään 24 kuukautta. Avustajan keskustelut poistetaan automaattisesti 12 kuukauden jälkeen. Jos asia johtaa asiakassuhteeseen, sopimukseen liittyvät tiedot säilytetään lain edellyttämän ajan (nykyisin 6 vuotta). Google säilyttää tilastotiedot Google Analyticsissa asetetun ajan.
Oikeutesi
Voit pyytää nähtäväksesi sinusta tallennetut tiedot, pyytää niiden korjaamista tai poistamista, rajoittaa tai vastustaa niiden käsittelyä sekä saada ne siirrettävässä muodossa. Voit perua evästesuostumuksesi milloin tahansa minkä tahansa sivun evästeasetuksista. Lähetä pyyntö osoitteeseen jussi.raisa@savroc.com; vastaamme kuukauden kuluessa.
